In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us immediately at customerservices@Gstore.ie and we will investigate your case immediately, you must contact us within 14 days of the shipping date from our site. We will try to replace the item where possible or alternatively for a similar product of equal value. If we discover an issue with the product you will also have the option for a full refund. 

You must contact us before returning any product so that you can receive an return number and you must return the product within 14 days of acceptance from Gstore. If the product does not arrive within this time frame then we hold the right to refuse the receipt of this item and it may be returned to you. To guarantee receipt of the item at Gstore we recommend you use a courier, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the goods.

When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered anything over 7 days is up to our discretion. We will refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost for items that are returned because of a change of mind on the customers side.

If you return a product to us that is not in an ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right return the product to you and this willl incur a €8 repackaging fee, the item will not be re-issued until this fee is paid.

If we determine that the damage to the product was caused by the user then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

If after we receive the item we determine that there is no fault that can be found the item will be returned to you after the customer has paid the repacking fee of €8.
